At iCashews, customer satisfaction and product quality are extremely important to us. Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and food products, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.
We accept return requests within 2 days of delivery, strictly subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be sealed, unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- You must notify us at info@icashews.com with:
- Order details
- Clear photos of the product/package
- Reason for the return request
- Returns will be processed only after written approval from iCashews.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds (if applicable) will be initiated to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
❗ Important Notes:
- Opened, used, tampered, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
- Returns requested after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
